从当前职业教育的发展和中等职业教育教师队伍建设入手,分析中等职业学校教师科研重要性,在此基础上分析中等职业学校教师科研素质薄弱主要是由制度、学校管理、科研团队和教师个人等多方面因素构成的。最后探索教师科研素质的培养途径,必须多管齐下,从制度、学校、教师三个层面出发,自上而下重塑科研的重要性,有效激发和调动教师的科研积极性、主动性,让他们的科研潜力得到充分发挥,科研能力得到大力提高。
