天津市宝坻区区委书记王宏江,心系国防,情系武装,坚持国防建设与经济建设协调发展,把党管武装的责任转化为关心国防建设的动力,以强烈的国防观念和忧患意识,书写了一篇篇关心支持国防后备力量建设的新篇章。在他的领导下,宝坻区人武部先后被总参评为民兵武器装备管理工作先进单位;被总政表彰为国防教育系列活动先进单位;被北京军区评为先进党委、先进人武部、军事训练先进单位、国防动员先进单位;被天津警备区评为预防犯罪工作先进单位、后勤建设先进单位。
Wang Hongjiang, secretary of the district party committee of Tianjin Baodi District, is aiming at national defense and arming armed forces. He insists on coordinated development of national defense and economic construction, turns the responsibility of the party governing the armed forces into a motive force concerned with national defense construction, and takes a strong sense of national defense and sense of urgency.
