检测了连接板失效部件的宏观、微观断口并进行金相分析,并辅之拉伸棒力学性能试验及断口研究,确定了开裂部件中频淬火失效机制。
The macroscopic and microscopic fracture of the failure parts of the connecting plate were analyzed and the metallographic analysis was done. The mechanical properties of the tensile rod and the fracture research were also studied. The failure mechanism of the intermediate frequency quenching of the cracked part was confirmed.
