本文通过论述医院信息系统之管理信息系统、临床信息系统及办公自动化系统的应用,阐明了医疗信息平台是解决医患矛盾不可缺少的沟通桥梁;探讨了采用信息化手段建立医患面对面的多渠道路线;运用信息系统动态监测医务人员的服务、诊断、用药、治疗等情况的优势,从而达到减少医疗差错,提高医疗服务质量的目的。
This paper discusses the application of hospital information system management information system, clinical information system and office automation system, expounds the medical information platform is an indispensable communication bridge to solve the contradiction between doctors and patients; discusses the use of information technology to establish face-to-face multi-channel Route; using information system to dynamically monitor the medical staff’s service, diagnosis, medication, treatment and other advantages, so as to reduce the medical errors and improve the quality of medical services.
