目的:通过编写适合基层医疗卫生机构非中医专业与全科医生使用的中医药读本并进行培训,提升基层医疗机构的中医药应用能力,充分发挥中医药在基层医疗卫生工作中的优势和作用。方法:主要采用专家论证法确定《河南省基层医疗卫生机构常见疾病中药验方集》(简称《验方集》)的编写内容;采用药物流行病学整群调查为主,抽样调查为辅的研究方法和逐级分层师资培训的方式,通过统一填报调查表和抽样现场调查相结合的方法收集推广使用前后的中药验方相关信息,验证推广《验方集》的实用性和可行性。结果:采用专家论证法确定进行编写中涉及的常见疾病。确定中药验方为临床常用、实用,使用安全、有效,具有代表性和传统性。采用专家论证法确定《验方集》的编写体例和内容。调查显示《验方集》内容的实用性和认知度较高,采用分层分步骤逐级培训的方式推广较为可行。结论:《验方集》内容具有一定的实用性和可行性。逐级分层师资培训的方式是基层医疗卫生机构培训方式的较佳模式。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the application of traditional Chinese medicine in primary health care institutions and to give full play to the advantages and roles of traditional Chinese medicine in primary health care through the preparation of a Chinese medicine reading book for non-traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and general practitioners at primary health care institutions. Methods: The expert argumentation method was mainly used to determine the content of the compilation of “Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Set of Common Diseases in Primary Health Care Institutions of Henan Province” (referred to as “prescription prescription set”); the research methods were mainly cluster surveys of pharmacoepidemiology and supplemented by sampling surveys And step by step stratified teacher training methods. Through the method of combining the questionnaire survey and sampling on-the-spot investigation, we collected the information about the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine before and after the promotion and use to verify the practicability and feasibility of popularizing “prescription set”. Results: Expert argumentation was used to identify the common diseases involved in the preparation. The survey shows that the “prescription set” content of the practicality and awareness of a higher level, the use of hierarchical level by level step by step training to promote more feasible. Conclusion: The content of “prescription set” has some practicality and feasibility. Hierarchical stratification of teacher training is a better mode of training of primary health care institutions.
