我国乡镇经济在九十年代应有一个突飞猛进的发展。尤其广东,要达二十年内基本实现现代化之目标,乡镇经济的持续、高效、快速、健康发展无疑是关键的一步。然而,加快发展乡镇经济,特别是使乡镇企业尽早改变基础薄弱、发展缓慢的局面,所面临的问题首先是资金,可谓无本难富。因此,我们必须积极探索有效途径,切实解决乡镇企业发展中资金紧缺之难题。
