Objective To observe the intervention of total flavonoids of Pteris orthotropism on lung cancer in mice and to study its possible antitumor mechanism. Methods The mouse lung cancer model induced by urethane was used to observe the preventive effect of Pseudostellaria polymorpha (30,100 mg / kg) on Lewis lung carcinoma in mice. kg) on lung cancer metastasis in mice. Lewis lung cancer recurrence model in mice was used to validate the microenviroment scavenger effect of total flavonoids of Pseudostellariae sinensis (30,100 mg / kg) on mouse lung cancer. Western blotting and immunohistochemistry To investigate the effect of total flavonoids of Pseudostellariae Rhynchosa (30,100 mg / kg) on the Lysyl Oxidase (LOX) in lung cancer tissue and to investigate the effect of total flavonoids of Pseudostellariae Rhynchosa on the normalization of lung cancer tissue by detecting the capillary permeability. Results High and low doses of 100, 30 mg / kg total flavonoids of Pseudostellaria rhynchophylla could significantly reduce the incidence of lung cancer in mice induced by urethane, significantly reduce the passive transfer rate of Lewis lung carcinoma in mice and the subcutaneous tumors of Lewis lung carcinoma in mice Recurrence rate. High and low doses of total flavonoids of Pseudostellaria rhynchophylla could significantly down-regulate the LOX expression in mouse lung cancer tissues, prevent the formation of serum lipid peroxides in mice with tumor resection, and promote the normalization of blood vessels in lung cancer tissues. Conclusion The total flavonoids of Pseudostellariae Rhynchophylla may interfere with lung cancer by inhibiting LOX expression.
