通过稳定性试验发现,头孢替坦二钠主要有5个有关物质,其中4个为日本药局方收载,还有1个为未知有关物质.加速试验进一步制备分离该有关物质,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR和MS进行结构确证,即(6R,7S)-7-[4-(2-氨基-1-羧基-2-氧代亚乙基)-1,3-二硫杂环丁烷-2-甲酰胺基]-7-甲氧基-3-[(4-甲基-5-硫代-4,5-二氢-1H-四氮唑-1-基)-甲基]-8-氧代-5-硫-1-氮杂双环[4.2.0]辛-2-烯-2-羧酸.
