采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米微晶X1Y2SiO5∶Eu,研究了室温和15K下的光致发光特性.透射电子显微镜的测量结果表明,样品的平均粒径为50nm.通过低温下的格位选择激发,分别得到X1Y2SiO5∶Eu中两种格位的Eu3+离子各自的光致发光光谱,确定了谱峰位置.在格位选择激发下,两种格位的发光衰减均呈很好的单指数关系,5D0能级的寿命分别为300和218ms.
The nanocrystal X1Y2SiO5:Eu was prepared by sol-gel method and the photoluminescence properties were studied at room temperature and 15K. The results of transmission electron microscopy showed that the average particle size of the sample was 50 nm. The luminescence spectra of Eu3 + ions in two kinds of lattice sites of X1Y2SiO5:Eu were obtained respectively by lattice selection excitation at low temperature, and the position of the peak was confirmed. Under the grid excitation, the single-exponential decay of the luminescence of the two kinds of lattice sites shows a good exponential relationship, and the lifetimes of the 5D0 level are 300 and 218 ms, respectively.
