IFLY:国家发展改革委5月27日发布意见,提出要大力发展通用航空。您认为这个意见将从哪些方面推动通航产业的进一步发展?高洪江:通航在国家交通运输体系中,是唯一没有充分开放与开发的产业,迫切需要国家从政策和发展环境上予以支持。通航同轨道、公路、水运、运输航空和管道运输方式相比,其当前运行支持设施、装备制造、从业人员队伍、空域环境等保障能力不足,发展滞后,不足以推动通航产业快速发展。所以我认为,依据意见,我国在“十三五”期间将在加大通航产业基础设施的建设方
IFLY: National Development and Reform Commission issued a comment on May 27, proposing to vigorously develop general aviation. In what aspects do you think this opinion will promote the further development of the navigation industry? Gao Hongjiang: In the national transportation system, navigation is the only industry that is not fully open and developed and urgently needs the state to support it from the policy and development environment. Compared with the orbit, highway, waterway, transportation, aviation and pipeline transportation, the current supportive facilities such as equipment manufacturing, employees and airspace environment are lagging behind in their development and can not promote the rapid development of navigation industry. Therefore, I think it is based on the opinion that in the period of “13th Five-Year Plan ”, China will increase the construction of infrastructure for navigation industry
