患者男,36岁。因面部、双上肢和背部反复起水肿性红斑2年。实验室检查免疫学指标均正常,皮损直接免疫荧光检查阴性。组织病理检查示真皮浅层和深层血管周围以及附属器周围有淋巴细胞、组织细胞浸润。阿新蓝染色在真皮胶原纤维束间有大量黏蛋白沉积。
Male patient, 36 years old. Due to the face, upper extremities and back repeatedly edema erythema 2 years. Immunological laboratory tests were normal, skin lesions directly immunofluorescence negative. Histopathological examination showed the superficial and deep dermis of the dermis with lymphocytes and histiocytes infiltrating around the appendages. A new blue staining in dermal collagen fiber bundle between a large number of mucin deposition.
