为缓解长春市供水紧张的局面,提高水资源的利用率,本文提出了伊通河与伊丹河地表水—地下水资源联合管理模型,把水文学中的马斯京根法运用到模型中来模拟地表水随时空的变化规律,建立了分布参数系统的地表水—地下水资源联合管理模型,对Morel—Seytoux的核函数法进行了改进,使之能够更好地解决一些实际的地质问题。模仿地下水管理问题中的响应函数法确定并求出地下水—地表河流系统的水位响应矩阵。为长春市合理开发水资源,解决水资源供需矛盾提供了科学依据和实施方案
In order to alleviate the shortage of water supply in Changchun and improve the utilization rate of water resources, this paper proposes a joint management model of surface water and groundwater resources in Yitong River and Itan River. The Muskingum method in hydrology is applied to the model to simulate Surface water changes with time and space, the establishment of a distributed parameter system of surface water - groundwater resources joint management model, Morel-Seytoux’s kernel function method has been improved so that it can better solve some of the actual geological problems. To mimic the response function method in groundwater management to determine and calculate the water level response matrix of groundwater-surface river system. It provides a scientific basis and implementation plan for the reasonable development of water resources and the solution of the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Changchun.
