介绍了所建立的以高温导热油为载体的接触热阻试验台,热疲劳的最高温度可达282℃.提出了接近工业操作工况的管内用高温导热油加热、管外在吸风式风洞中冷却的管束整体热疲劳方法及热疲劳试验条件与接触热阻测定条件分开的方法.对国内近年来研制成功的整体轧制双金属翅片管进行了不同极限温度的热疲劳试验,测定了管束平均接触热阻
The established contact thermal resistance test bench with high temperature heat conducting oil as carrier is introduced. The maximum temperature of thermal fatigue can reach 282 ℃. The method of thermal fatigue of tube bundles which is heated by high temperature heat transfer oil in the tube near the industrial operation condition and cooled in the suction wind tunnel outside the tube and the method of separating thermal fatigue test conditions from the contact thermal resistance measurement conditions are proposed. In the recent years, the successful development of the overall rolled bimetallic finned tubes under different ultimate temperature thermal fatigue tests, measured the average bundle resistance thermal contact resistance
