深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动,提高思想认识、解决突出问题、创新体制机制、促进科学发展,是结合学校工作实际提出的四个方面的具体目标。为此,必须进一步创新教育科学发展的长效机制。完善教职工思想政治与学生品行的评价机制、强化思想教育在学校教育中重中之重的作用;创新学校管理体系,推进管理制度化和科学化的进程;完善质量评价机制,推进素质教育的进程;完善学校后勤服务保障机制、推进后勤服务优质化;制度、建立后勤服务保障长效机制,为推进西藏基础教育的又好又快发展不懈努力。
Carrying out in depth the activities of studying and practicing the scientific outlook on development, enhancing ideological understanding, resolving outstanding problems, innovating institutional mechanisms and promoting scientific development are the specific objectives of the four aspects put forward in the light of the actual work in schools. Therefore, we must further innovate the long-term mechanism of educational science development. Improve the ideological and political evaluation of teaching staff and student conduct mechanism, and strengthen ideological education in school education in the most important role; innovation school management system to promote the management of institutionalized and scientific process; improve the quality evaluation mechanism to promote quality education Improve the logistics support mechanism in schools and promote the quality of logistics services; and establish a long-term mechanism for ensuring logistic services to make unremitting efforts to promote the sound and rapid development of basic education in Tibet.
