“正能量”是当今世界的流行语，青年大学生身上需要更多的“正能量”。作为明天民航客机的机长或副驾驶，飞行大学生身上承担了更多的压力和责任，他们更加需要各种“正能量”。加强党建工作，狠抓学风建设，做好各阶段思想政治工作是提高民航飞行大学生群体“正能量”的有效措施。
