应加中经济文化中心的邀请,上海市民防培训考察团一行18人在团长王胜永、秘书长周政伟的带领下,于2002年10月5日至25日赴加拿大及香港特别行政区进行了培训考察。在紧张的21天行程中,培训考察团的成员通过案前授课、实地咨询以及与加拿大、香港同行们的座谈交流,开阔了眼界,增长了知识,加深了了解,建立了友谊,尤其是他们具备的精湛的业务能力和务实的敬业精神,给培训考察团的同志们留下了深刻印象。
At the invitation of the Economic and Cultural Center, 18 people from Shanghai Municipality on civil defense training and inspection delegation led by Wang Shengyong and Secretary General Zhou Zhengwei went to Canada and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for training from October 5 to 25, 2002.
