作为一个教育刊物的編輯,我在这次到苏联之前,就想好了要去訪問一下苏联的教育报刊。但由于时间短促,而且由于我主要是去参观学習普通学校教育的,所以只能訪問了“苏維埃教育学”、“國民教育”和“教师报”三处,其他的只能間接地了解一个概况。这里,我只簡单介紹一下“苏維埃教育学”和“國民教育”兩个雜志的情况,作为改進我們教育刊物的参考。“苏維埃教育学”是俄罗斯苏维埃联邦社会主义共和国教育科学院的刊物。它是在1937年創刊的教育学理論刊物。1944年教育科学院成立后,就成为院的机关刊物。除了“苏維埃教育学”以外,教育科学院还出版“苏維埃心理学”和“家庭与学校”兩种雜志。“國民教育’、“初級学校”和各科教学雜志都由俄罗斯共和國教育部出版。“教师报”是全苏各加盟共和國教育部
As an editor of an educational publication, I wanted to visit the Soviet education press before I came to the Soviet Union this time. In addition to “Soviet Pedagogy”, the Academy of Education also publishes two magazines, “Soviet Psychology” and “Family and School”. “National Education”, “Primary School” and various teaching magazines are published by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Russia. “Teacher’s News” is the Ministry of Education of all the Republics of the Soviet Union
