目的研究手术室护理中采取品管圈模式的整体效果,具体观察其对降低差错率、提升患者满意度的影响。方法我院自2014年1月开始在手术室护理中引入品管圈模式,选取2013年1月—2014年1月收治的手术患者59例设为对照组,选取2014年2月—2015年2月收治的手术患者59例设为研究组,以手术物品准备的完善率、护理差错发生率、术后切口感染率以及患者对护理服务满意情况等为标准对两组护理效果予以评析。结果研究组的手术物品准备完善率高达94.9%,比较于对照组的79.7%更高(P<0.05),护理差错发生率、术后切口感染率分别为3.4%、6.8%,比较于对照组的18.6%、23.7%则更低(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理服务的总满意率为93.2%,比较于对照组的76.3%更高(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中引入品管圈模式有助于提升手术室护理质量,减少术后并发症、护理差错的发生,并能获得较高的患者满意度,整体效果确切。
Objective To study the overall effect of quality control circle mode in operating room nursing, and to observe its influence on reducing error rate and improving patient satisfaction. Methods Since January 2014, our hospital introduced the quality control circle mode in operating room nursing. 59 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the control group. From February 2014 to February 2015, Fifty-nine surgical patients admitted to hospital were divided into two groups according to the standard of nursing care. The improvement rate of surgical items, the incidence of nursing errors, the incision infection rate and patient satisfaction with nursing service were evaluated. Results The improvement rate of the surgical items in the study group was as high as 94.9%, compared with 79.7% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of nursing errors and postoperative incision infection rates were 3.4% and 6.8% respectively. Compared with the control group , And 23.7% (P <0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of nursing service in study group was 93.2%, which was higher than 76.3% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The introduction of quality control circle mode in operating room nursing can improve the quality of operation room nursing, reduce postoperative complications and nursing errors, and achieve higher patient satisfaction with the overall effect.
