开发研究出了一种采用DZEHPA(双二乙基已基磷酸)作为提取剂处理含锌氨浸出液的方法。本研究的目的是开发出处理复合硫化矿浸出液的整套流程。在混合-沉降装置中无法直接从氨溶液中进行锌的提取,因为有沉积物的形成且提取效率低。用硫酸中和游离氨后,提取率仅约40%,因为(NH_4)_2SO_4的浓度较高。为了降低(NH_4)_2SO_4的浓度,用蒸气对游离NH_3进行解吸,所形成的液体再进行锌的溶剂萃取。通过对平衡pH的控制可获得98%的萃取率。又进行了载锌有机剂除氨后的解吸优化研究。成功地进行了包括萃取、洗涤和解吸在内的100h的连续试验。
A method has been developed to treat zinc-bearing ammonia leachate using DZEHPA (bis-diethylhexylphosphonic acid) as an extractant. The purpose of this study was to develop a complete process for the treatment of composite sulphide leachate. The extraction of zinc from the ammonia solution is not straightforward in a mixing-settling apparatus because of the formation of deposits and the low extraction efficiency. After neutralizing free ammonia with sulfuric acid, the extraction rate was only about 40% because of the higher concentration of (NH 4) 2 SO 4. In order to reduce the concentration of (NH 4) 2 SO 4, the free NH 3 is desorbed by steam, and the resulting liquid is subjected to solvent extraction of zinc. By controlling the equilibrium pH 98% extraction yield is achieved. In addition, the desorption optimization of zinc-bearing organic solvent after ammonia removal was also studied. A series of 100h continuous tests including extraction, washing and desorption were successfully performed.
