台湾地区从20世纪70年代建设第一条高速公路开始,高速公路建设工程不断发展壮大,到目前为止,省内高速公路总长度已超过1000 km,其中约40 km由隧道组成。这些双管隧道中,拥有两车道或三车道的隧道开挖横截面积非常大。由于台湾地区地形曲折、地质条件复杂,在隧道施工过程中遇到了许多困难。为了满足安全性、经济性和工程效率,许多先进开挖方法应用于隧道施工过程中,同时也造成许多不稳定因素。但是,环境保护和生态建设仍然是高速公路施工建设过程中的必须达到的目标。本文结合台湾地区工程地质背景条件、隧道施工技术方法和相关技术,重点分析了雪山隧道、埔里隧道、彭山隧道等高速公路隧道施工设计方法及其优缺点,从安全性、经济效率和可持续发展等方面对几类施工设计方法进行了定性评价和分析,最后从地质、岩土、生态环保、交流合作以及教育培训等方面对台湾地区高速公路隧道的建设和发展提出了展望。“,”Since the construction of the first expressway in the 1970s, the total length of expressways in Taiwan, China has increased toover 1 000 km, of which 40 km are aligned with tun-nels. These twin-tube tunnels, which have two or three lanes in each tube, are characterized by large cross-sections. Due to the complicated topography and heterogeneous geological con-ditions of Taiwan, China tunnel construction has encountered many difficulties. Thus, many advanced excavation methods were developedduring tunnel construction. To satisfy the concur-rent requirements of safety, economy and efficiency, new con-struction methodsand techniques should be developed or intro-duced. Moreover, environmental protection and ecological con-servation must bepaid increasing attention to the goal of substan-tial development.
