我国东部沿海从整体来讲属沿海发达地区,但在这条黄金海岸线上,分布着许多发展较迟缓的薄弱地带,称沿海欠发达地区。诸如山东省的日照市、东营市、滨州地区,江苏省的连云港市、盐城市,河北省的沧州地区等。这些地区区位优越,而且腹地广阔,其经济的兴衰,不仅影响我国东部沿海对外开放的整体格局,而且对开发、开放其广大的腹地,影响很大。所以,研究如何加快沿海欠发达地区科技、经济的发展,对推动我国进一步扩大对外
As a whole, the coastal areas in the east of China belong to developed coastal areas. Such as Rizhao City in Shandong Province, Dongying City, Binzhou, Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province, Yancheng, Cangzhou in Hebei Province. These regions have superior location and vast hinterland. The rise and fall of their economy not only affect the overall pattern of opening up to the outside world along the eastern coast of our country, but also have a great impact on the development and opening up of their vast hinterland.
