目的了解与分析成都市中小型木质家具制造企业职业病危害现况,为安监局开展家具行业职业病危害专项治理及制订监督治理方案提供基础依据,也为企业加强职业病防治提供参考与对策。方法收集整理30家中小型木质家具制造企业职业卫生现场调查资料和作业场所职业病危害因素检测数据。结果 273个接触噪声作业岗位8 h等效连续A声级超标率在42%~62%之间;204个检测岗位接触粉尘的C-TWA在16.3.0 mg/m~3~97.6 mg/m~3之间,检测岗位超标率39%~86%。结论被调查企业职业卫生管理缺失,应针对粉尘、噪声、化学毒物的关键控制点采取工程防护与个人防护相结合的整改措施。
Objective To understand and analyze the current status of occupational hazards of small and medium size wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises in Chengdu, provide the basis for the special supervision and management plan of occupational hazards in the furniture industry carried out by the Safety Supervision Bureau, and also provide reference and countermeasures for enterprises to intensify the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods To collect and sort out the survey data of occupational health of 30 small and medium wooden furniture manufacturers and the test data of the occupational hazards in the work place. Results The over-standard rates of equivalent continuous A sound level in 273 contact noise jobs ranged from 42% to 62%. The C-TWA of 204 contact dusts at test positions ranged from 16.3.0 mg / m 3 to 97.6 mg / m ~ 3, the detection of post exceeding the standard rate of 39% to 86%. Conclusion There is a lack of occupational health management in the investigated enterprises. Corrective measures such as combination of engineering protection and personal protection should be taken for the key control points of dust, noise and chemical poisons.
