目的:探讨利用复诊手册和微信群开展出院患者康复宣教工作的实践效果,评价其价值。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年1月于浙江省余姚市人民医院接受治疗后160例骨科出院患者,按康复宣教方式不同,分为单用复诊手册的对照组80例,采用复诊手册和微信群的观察组80例,随访6个月,比较两组患者出院回访情况及康复效果。结果:观察组电话回访率、对服务满意度、康复总有效率,均高于对照组(P<0.05),因服务原因投诉率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复诊手册和微信群规范骨科出院患者的出院宣教、回访流程,提高回访率、患者满意度、康复效果,有利于复诊就医。
Objective: To explore the practical effect of using referral manual and WeChat group to carry out rehabilitation mission of discharged patients and to evaluate their value. Methods: A total of 160 orthopedic patients discharged from Yuyao People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different ways of rehabilitation mission: control group (80 cases) WeChat group of 80 cases of observation group, followed up for 6 months, compared the two groups of patients discharged from the hospital and rehabilitation outcomes. Results: The telephone return rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the service complaint rate was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The follow-up manuals and WeChat population standard orthodontic discharge patients in the mission evacuation, return visit process, improve the return rate, patient satisfaction, rehabilitation effect is conducive to referral for medical treatment.
