目的制备肉苁蓉苯乙醇总苷微乳制剂,并对其质量进行评价。方法采用滴定法制备微乳,高效液相色谱法测定制剂中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷的含量。结果所制备的微乳外观澄清透明,电镜下乳滴呈圆形或椭圆形,平均粒径16.6 nm,p H值为5.1~6.9,黏度为5.42 mm2·s~(-1),8000×g离心30 min未见分层;微乳中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷平均含量分别为7.337,3.596 mg·m L~(-1),RSD分别为1.29%、1.60%。结论肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷微乳制备工艺简单,性质稳定;所建立的高效液相测定方法具有简单、专属、稳定、可重复性的特点,可用于肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定。
Objective To prepare Cistanche phenesoides glycosides microemulsion formulations and evaluate their quality. Methods The microemulsion was prepared by titration and the content of echinacoside and verbascoside in the preparation was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The appearance of the microemulsion was clear and transparent. The droplet was round or oval under the electron microscope. The average particle diameter was 16.6 nm, the p H value was 5.1-6.9, the viscosity was 5.42 mm2 · s ~ (-1), 8000 × g The average contents of echinacoside and verbascoside in the microemulsion were 7.337 and 3.596 mg · mL -1, respectively, with RSDs of 1.29% and 1.60%, respectively. Conclusion Cistanche phenetidine microemulsion preparation process is simple, stable in nature; the established HPLC method has the characteristics of simple, exclusive, stable and reproducible, and can be used for the content of echinacoside and verbascoside in Cistanche Determination.
