[目的]建立一种以甲醇和水为流动相的检测方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇和水(V∶V=55∶45)为流动相,在254 nm处,对30%多·福可湿性粉剂中2种有效成分进行定量分析。[结果]此方法的标准偏差分别为0.551 8和0.206 1;变异系数分别为3.341%和1.442%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 7和0.999 9;平均回收率分别为99.64%和99.69%。[结论]建立了一种快速简便、定量准确、重复性好、准确度高的30%多·福可湿性粉剂的分析方法。
[Objective] To establish a detection method using methanol and water as mobile phase. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with C18 column and UV detector with methanol and water (V:V = 55:45) as mobile phase at 254 nm in 30% Two kinds of active ingredients for quantitative analysis. [Results] The standard deviations of this method were 0.551 8 and 0.206 1, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 3.341% and 1.442% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 7 and 0.999 9, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.64% and 99.69%, respectively. [Conclusion] A rapid, simple, accurate, reproducible and accurate method for the determination of 30% multi-vitamin WP was established.
