文章明确了铁路建设项目社会后评价概念,指出铁路建设项目社会后评价包括铁路项目建设与运营产生的社会影响后评价、所在地区的社会环境和项目的互适应性程度后评价,以及社会风险后评价三项内容。本文建立了铁路建设项目社会后评价三个层次36个评价指标体系,给出了各指标的计算方法,为铁路建设项目社会后评价提供了可操作、系统化的指标体系。
The paper defines the concept of post-social evaluation of railway construction projects, points out the social post-evaluation of railway construction projects including post-evaluation of social impacts caused by construction and operation of railway projects, post-evaluation of social environment in each area and degree of mutual adaptability of projects, and social risk Evaluation of three items. This paper establishes 36 evaluation index systems of three levels of post-construction social evaluation of railway construction project, and gives the calculation methods of each index, which provides an operational and systematic index system for post-social evaluation of railway construction projects.
