利用冷冻干燥辐照灭菌的家兔坐骨神经进行同种移植,结果看到大约76%的动物手术后3个月有较好的形态学(光镜、电镜)和电生理学恢复。神经移植物内神经鞘管的保存、鞘管内Schwann细胞的再建和免疫排斥反应的抑制,是同种神经移植获得成功的关键。
Using freeze-dried irradiated rabbit sciatic nerve for allogeneic transplantation, it was observed that approximately 76% of animals had better morphology (light and electron microscopy) and electrophysiological recovery 3 months after surgery. The preservation of the nerve sheath inside the nerve graft, the reconstruction of Schwann cells in the sheath and the inhibition of immune rejection are the keys to successful allograft transplantation.
