本文分析了冷轧压力公式的共同性问题。陈家民轧制力公式的推导过程中,省略了塑性方程中由摩擦引起的剪力,因而轧制力计算值接近实际。本文以此式为基础建立轧制力数学模型。对八个轧制力公式用μl/(?)及ε统一了参数。因而它们有着相似的函数式n=φ(μl/(?),ε)。并得到以下效果: 1)减少了轧制力公式中参数的数量,缩短了计算和在线控制的程序。 2)实现了公式之间的定量对比。同时可以方便地进行有关公式间的选择与评定。 3)有四个公式变换成线性方程,而另外四个公式仍是非线性方程。在非线性公式之间,复杂公式可用简单公式来代替。
