内燃机“清洁度”是指内燃机(柴油机、汽油机)整机产品,内燃机零件、部件(总成)产品的清洁程度。简而言之就是指这些产品“干净”与否。这个问题看起来似乎明确而又简单,但实际上它是一个与内燃机产品质量、使用性能、使用寿命有直接关系的大问题,是一项涉及面很广、要求很高的综合性技术管理指标。而清洁度的测定方法,科学、合理的允许值的确定又是与工业发展水平、技术管理水平、文明生产程度等因素有关的复杂课题。
Internal combustion engine “Cleanliness ” refers to the internal combustion engine (diesel engine, gasoline engine) machine products, internal combustion engine parts, components (assembly) product cleanliness. In short, these products are “clean” or not. This issue seems to be clear and simple, but in fact it is a big problem that is directly related to the product quality, service performance and service life of the internal combustion engine. It is a comprehensive technical management indicator covering a wide range and demanding requirements . The determination of cleanliness, scientific and reasonable allowable value is determined with the level of industrial development, technical management, civilized production and other factors related to the complex issues.
