牛奶是人们生活中不可缺少的食物。它物美价廉,食用简单,但若“煮开就喝”就会犯一些想当然的错误,使牛奶的营养价值大大降低。
Milk is an indispensable food in people’s lives. It is inexpensive and simple to eat, but if “boiled and drank,” it takes some of the wrongdoing and greatly reduces the nutritional value of the milk.
