采用XRD、DTA -TG、Mossbauer、激光颗粒分析仪、分光光度计对硅铁红色料进行了系统的研究 ,分析了其化学组成、矿物组成、颗粒组成及其呈色机理.结果表明 ,硅铁红色料是一种包裹色料 ,其主要化学成分SiO2 在色料中起载体作用 ,类似于锆铁红色料中ZrSiO4晶体的作用 ,而Fe2 O3作为着色剂 ,是色料呈色的主要成份.未经高温处理的色料因褐铁矿的存在 ,在CIE色图中处于Y(黄 )与YR(橙 )之间 ,呈深土黄色 ,而经高温处理后 ,色料其主要呈色矿物为α -Fe2 O3,在色图中处于YR(橙 )与R(红 )之间 ,呈桃红色.“,”The results showed that the silicon-iron-peach pigment was a inclusion pigment.Similiar to the fuction of ZrSiO 4 crystal in iron-Zirconium,SiO 2,as the main chemical copmosition,played a base role in the pigment. And Fe 2O 3,as colorant,was the main coloring composition.Before heat treatment,the pigment lay between Y(yellow) and YR(orange) im CIE pattern,and developed earth yellow,beacause of the exist of ironstone.After heat treatment,the pigment lay between YR(orange) and R(red),and developed peach beacause of the main coloring composition-α-Fe 2O 3.
