目的 :探讨膀胱癌血管内皮生长因子 (vEGF)表达和肿瘤血管形成之间的关系及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学、原位杂交方法检测 4 2例膀胱癌组织的vEGF的表达 ,Ⅷ因子相关抗原染色定量微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 :①vEGFmRNA原位杂交显示膀胱癌肿瘤表达mRNA而内皮细胞不表达。且在不同组织学类型之间有差异性 (P <0 0 5 )。②膀胱癌组织中MVD在不同组织类型之间有显著差异性 (P <0 0 5 )。③vEGFmRNA原位杂交不同结果之间MVD有显著差异性 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 :vEGF是肿瘤血管形成的重要因素 ,检测其表达以及计数MVD可作为预测肿瘤的生长、发展、浸润、转移、预后的指标 ,具有重要的临床实用价值
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (vEGF) and tumor angiogenesis in bladder cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of vEGF in 42 cases of bladder cancer and the quantitative microvessel density (MVD) of Ⅷ factor related antigen staining. Results: ①EGF mRNA in situ hybridization showed that bladder cancer expressed mRNA but not endothelial cells. There were differences between different histological types (P <0.05). ② The MVD in bladder cancer was significantly different between different tissue types (P <0.05). (3) There was a significant difference in MVD between different results of in situ hybridization of VEGF mRNA (P <0 05). Conclusion: VEGF is an important factor in tumor angiogenesis. Detecting its expression and counting MVD can be used as an index to predict the growth, development, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of the tumor. It has important clinical value
