教师主观幸福感影响着学校的发展,更影响着学生的成长成才。对高职教师进行主观幸福感的现状调查及策略的研究,在我国高职教育高速发展和变革的重要阶段,具有重要意义。通过调查问卷法对浙江省部分高职院校教师进行抽样调查,经过分析得出结论:高职教师的主观幸福感在性别、年龄、教龄、职务、职称上没有明显差异,工作上的成就和认同是影响主观幸福感的最主要因素。因此可通过合理地提高福利待遇、优化办公环境、提供良好机会、增强健康心理理念来提升高职教师主观幸福感。
Subjective well-being teachers affect the development of the school, but also affect the growth of students. The research on the status quo and strategies of the subjective well-being of higher vocational teachers is of great significance in the important stage of the rapid development and reform of our higher vocational education. Through questionnaire survey on some teachers in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province, a sample survey was conducted. After analysis, it is concluded that subjective well-being of higher vocational teachers has no significant differences in gender, age, teaching age, job title and job title, and achievements in work Identity is the most important factor affecting subjective well-being. Therefore, it is possible to improve the subjective well-being of higher vocational teachers by reasonably raising the benefits, optimizing the working environment, providing good opportunities and strengthening the concept of healthy psychology.
