作者在进行地龙注射液对离体子宫作用的实验中,观察到两种不同单位生产的地龙注射液及一种地龙注射液半成品对大鼠离体子宫均有一定的收缩作用。现将实验结果报道如下。实验材料与方法一、材料(1)地龙注射液:南京药学院制药厂1g/ml,简称试药T。(2)地龙注射液:福建三阴地区第一医院出品1g/ml,简称试药T_1。(3)地龙注射液半成品:作者以透析工艺法试制,2g/ml,简称试药T_2。(4)垂体后叶素标准品溶液:取垂体后叶标准品适量,加1ml 0.25%冰醋酸溶液使溶解、过滤,以生理盐水稀释成0.01μ/ml,简称试药S。
The authors in the experiment of the effect of earthworm injection on isolated uterus, observed that two different units of Dilong injection and a semi-finished product of Dilong injection all had a certain contraction effect on isolated rat uterus. The experimental results are reported below. Experimental materials and methods 1. (2) Earthworm injection: The first hospital in Fujian Sanyin produced 1g/ml, referred to as the test drug T_1. (3) Semi-finished products of the ground dragon injection: The authors used the dialysis process method for trial production, 2g/ml, referred to as the trial drug T_2. (4) Pituitrin standard solution: take appropriate amount of the posterior pituitary standard product, add 1 ml 0.25% glacial acetic acid solution to dissolve, filter, and dilute to 0.01μ/ml with normal saline, referred to as the test drug S.
