目的分析我国高等中医药院校对执业医师培养教育情况,以期从学历教育角度对高等中医药院校的执业医师培养教育建设提供参考。方法将全国24所高等中医药院校2012—2014年参加的中医、中西医结合专业医师资格考试的应届本科全日制考生作为研究对象,分别统计其参与实践技能考试及医学综合笔试的人数、通过率及总通过率,比较各院校的总通过率排名,评价各院校对执业医师培养教育的情况。结果 2012—2014年医师资格考试中医专业总通过率分别为71.96%、73.67%、73.93%,各院校最高为85.90%、87.34%、84.66%,最低为41.34%、48.77%、51.88%;中西医结合专业医师资格考试总通过率分别为55.86%、58.93%、59.81%,各院校最高为87.37%、82.61%、89.09%,最低为35.96%、31.02%、38.75%;院校间总通过情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全国高等中医药院校之间的医师资格考试通过率差距较大,中医和中西医结合专业发展不平衡,应抓好高等中医药院校本科学历教育,促进院校教育改革和医教考协同发展。
Objective To analyze the situation of training of practicing physicians in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine in order to provide references for the cultivation of practicing physicians in higher institutions of Chinese medicine from the perspective of academic education. Methods The 24 full-time undergraduate full-time candidates who participated in the TCM, TCM-WM combined professional qualifications examinations in 24 colleges and universities of Chinese medicine from 2012 to 2014 in China were selected as research subjects, and their numbers of participants in practical skills tests and medical comprehensive written tests respectively were calculated. Rate and total pass rate, the comparison of the total passing rate of colleges and universities, evaluate the training of practicing physicians in various institutions of education. Results The total passing rates of TCM specialty in 2012-2014 were 71.96%, 73.67% and 73.93% respectively, and the highest among all institutions was 85.90%, 87.34% and 84.66% respectively, with the lowest being 41.34%, 48.77% and 51.88% The passing rate of Western Medicine and Medical Professional Qualification Examination was 55.86%, 58.93% and 59.81% respectively, the highest among all institutions was 87.37%, 82.61% and 89.09%, the lowest was 35.96%, 31.02% and 38.75% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a wide gap between the pass rates of physician qualification examination in higher TCM colleges and universities. The combination of Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese and western medicine is unbalanced. We should pay more attention to undergraduate degree education in higher TCM colleges and universities to promote educational reform and medical education in institutions of higher learning Coordinated development.
