资本市场加速发展,证券市场的发展使金融消费者权益面临极大的挑战,而且金融消费者对证券市场又有着极大的影响。因此在《证券法》修改下加入金融消费者权益保护规定成了题中应有之义。本文在《证券法》推进修改的背景下探讨金融消费者的界定、我国的现状以及金融消费者保护建议。
With the accelerated development of capital market and the development of securities market, the rights and interests of financial consumers are facing great challenges. Moreover, financial consumers have great influence on the securities market. Therefore, under the “Securities Law” to amend the protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers has become the problem should have meaning. This article explores the definition of financial consumers, the status quo in our country and the advice of financial consumers protection under the background of promoting the amendment of “Securities Law”.
