肿瘤干细胞是指肿瘤组织内存在一群数目极少、但具有无限增殖和自我更新潜能的细胞群体,是形成不同分化程度肿瘤细胞和驱使肿瘤不断增大并转移的源泉。肺癌干细胞能不断自我更新并在特定条件下分化为新的肿瘤细胞。基于对肺癌干细胞研究的不断深入,认为肺癌的复发、转移、对放射线和药物的耐受等特征都与肺癌干细胞有关。中医药具有多靶点的特点,其对于肺癌干细胞的干预作用也逐渐显现。
Tumor stem cells refer to a group of small cell population with unlimited potential for cell proliferation and self-renewal in tumor tissues. They are the source of tumor cells with different degrees of differentiation and driving tumor growth and metastasis. Lung cancer stem cells continue to self-renew and differentiate into new tumor cells under certain conditions. Based on the continuous research of lung cancer stem cells, lung cancer recurrence, metastasis, radiation and drug resistance and other characteristics are associated with lung cancer stem cells. Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-target, and its role in the intervention of lung cancer stem cells gradually emerged.
