自进入“八五”期间以来,河北省社会科学研究事业的发展,出现了以如下七个相结合为发展趋势的四个比较明显的新特点。 (一)社会科学同自然科学的结合,是我省科学界综合发展趋势的一个主要新特点。自邓小平同志提出科学技术是第一生产力的理论以来,从我省社会科学界和自然科学界多次协作,联合组织的各种不同形式的学习研讨活动中,明显看出,社会科学同自然科学相结合的倾向,呈发展的趋势。象人口、资源、城市科学,环境科学、管理科学、思维科学等学科,都是自然科学和社会科学交叉又综合研究的科学问题。
