本刊讯(梁欢)2010年12月15日,全区新型农村社会养老保险第一批试点总结暨第二批试点启动大会在玉林市容县召开。广西壮族自治区人民政府副秘书长黄胜杰,广西壮族自治区人力资源和社会保障厅厅长蒋明红,玉林市委常委、常务副市长戴毅等领导出席会议并讲话,广西壮族自治区人力资源和社会保障厅副厅长雷震主持会议。
