目的回顾分析2005-2013年新疆人群棘球蚴病的手术病例情况,了解棘球蚴病的流行程度及范围。方法汇总2005-2013年新疆棘球蚴病手术病例资料,数据采用SPSS 17.0和Epi In Fo 3.5.3软件进行分析。结果 2005-2013年,新疆累计报告棘球蚴病手术病例8 639例,平均每年手术960例(8 639/9年),年手术病例患病率为4.40/10万(960/2 181万)。其中,北疆地区占82.8%(7 152/8 639),年患病率为7.59/10万(7 152/9/1 047万);南疆地区占17.2%(1 487/8 639),年患病率为1.58/10万(1 487/9/1 049万)。2005-2013年报告手术病例数呈逐年上升趋势,2013年报告手术病例数为1 434例,占累计报告手术病例数的16.6%(1 434/8 639),较2005年的373例(占4.3%,373/8 639)显著增加(P<0.05)。全疆14地(州、市)94个县(市、区)的农牧业区和城镇均有报告手术病例,主要分布在北疆的伊犁哈萨克自治州(2 028例)、塔城地区(1 218例)、昌吉回族自治州(1 179例)和乌鲁木齐市(1 128例),占总报告手术病例数64.3%(5 553/8 639)。其中,男性手术患者4 557例,占52.8%(4 557/8 639),女性患者4 082例,占47.3%(4 082/8 639)(P<0.05)。年龄最小的为11个月,最大者94岁,呈单峰曲线分布,主要集中在31~40岁年龄组,占26.2%(2 265/8 639)。农民居多,占47.9%(4 134/8 639)。结论 2005-2013年新疆棘球蚴病手术病例数逐年增多,呈现由农牧区跨入城镇流行的趋势。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the surgical cases of echinococcosis in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2013 to understand the prevalence and range of echinococcosis. Methods The data of surgical cases of Echinococcosis in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2013 were collected. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Epi In Fo 3.5.3 software. Results From 2005 to 2013, a total of 8 639 cases of hydatid disease were reported in Xinjiang, with an average of 960 cases (8639/9 years) per year. The prevalence of annual surgical cases was 4.40 / 10 million (960/218 million) . Among them, 82.8% (7 152/8 639) were in northern Xinjiang and the annual prevalence rate was 7.59 / 100,000 (7 152/9/1 047 million); in southern Xinjiang it was 17.2% (1 487/8 639) The annual prevalence rate was 1.58 / 10 million (1 487/9/1 049 thousand). The number of cases reported for surgery in 2005-2013 has been increasing year by year. The number of cases reported in 2013 was 1 434, accounting for 16.6% (1 434/8 639) of the total reported cases of surgery, compared with 373 cases (accounting for 4.3% %, 373/8 639) (P <0.05). Surgical cases were reported in the farming, stockbreeding areas and towns in 94 counties (cities and districts) of 14 prefectures (cities and prefectures in Xinjiang), mainly in the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture (2 028 cases) in the northern Xinjiang and Tacheng 218 cases), Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture (1,179 cases) and Urumqi (1,128 cases), accounting for 64.3% (5553/8 639) of the total reported cases. Among them, 4 557 cases of male surgical patients accounted for 52.8% (4 557/8 639) and 4 082 female patients (47.3% (4 082/8 639), P <0.05). The youngest was 11 months and the oldest was 94 years old, showing a single-peak curve distribution, mainly in the 31-40 age group, accounting for 26.2% (2 265/8 639). Most farmers, accounting for 47.9% (4 134/8 639). Conclusions The number of cases of Echinococcosis from 2005 to 2013 increased year by year, showing a trend of entering the town from farming and pastoral areas.
