目前,我国铁路既有繁忙干线开行时速200 km及以上动车组列车。为了评价动车组在既有提速干线运行的轨道动力状况,在京沪线沪宁段进行了现场轨道动力试验。分析不同速度下动车组通过不同线路条件时的运行情况和所引起的轨道动力响应,并与机车的运行特征进行比较。结果表明:动车组在既有线有碴线路上运行时,速度达到184~231 km/h,通过焊接接头、普通钢轨、缓和曲线等线路条件,运行良好,各项动力学指标均较为合理。随着速度的提高,横向稳定性在允许范围内有所降低,线路上存在的焊接接头、纵向弹性及平顺状态是影响动车组运行状态的主要因素,从而为评价动车组的运行状态、考察轨道状态、制订养护管理计划提供有价值的参考。
At present, the existing railways on both China’s railways and the Muxian Railway run at speeds of 200 km and above. In order to evaluate the dynamic state of the EMU on the orbit of the existing speed-increasing trunk line, on-site orbit dynamic tests were conducted on the Shanghai-Nanjing section of the Beijing-Shanghai line. The running conditions and the orbit dynamic responses of EMUs passing different routes under different speeds are analyzed and compared with the running characteristics of locomotives. The results show that the speed of EMU reaches 184 ~ 231 km / h when it operates on the ballast line of existing lines, and it works well with various welding conditions such as welded joints, normal rails and mild curves, and the dynamic indexes are all reasonable. As the speed increases, the lateral stability is reduced within the allowable range.
