目的:研究O/W型微乳对鱼腥草油的增溶作用,确定鱼腥草油微乳处方。方法:通过滴定法制备的拟三元相图,绘制出增溶曲线,系统研究微乳对鱼腥草油增溶作用的影响,并比较胶体液与微乳液对鱼腥草油的增溶差异。结果:微乳辅料品种、用量对鱼腥草油增溶作用都有影响。确定的O/W型鱼腥草油微乳处方为中碳链三甘酯为油相,EL-35为表面活性剂,1,2丙-二醇为助表面活性剂,Km比为2∶1。结论:适宜的微乳处方可以增溶鱼腥草油,为进一步开发鱼腥草油微乳制剂提供研究基础。
Objective: To study the solubilization effect of O / W microemulsion on Houttuynia cordata oil and to determine the prescription of Houttuynia cordata oil microemulsion. Methods: The titration method was used to prepare the ternary phase diagram, and the solubilization curve was drawn to systematically study the effect of microemulsion on the solubilization of Houttuynia cordata Thunb., And to compare the solubilization of Houttuynia cordata with colloidal and microemulsions . Results: The microemulsion auxiliary varieties, the amount of Houttuynia oil solubilization have an impact. The formulation of O / W-type Houttuynia oil microemulsion identified as medium carbon chain triglyceride is oil phase, EL-35 is surfactant and 1,2-propanediol is cosurfactant with Km ratio of 2: 1. Conclusion: Appropriate microemulsion prescription can solubilize Houttuynia cordata oil, providing the basis for the further development of Houttuynia cordata oil microemulsion formulation.
