偏僻的山乡医院和村镇卫生所,由于不具备采血、贮血和血液交配试验的条件,在一些特殊情况下,病人急需(或大量)输血而病情又经不起长途运送时,可以借助有血库的医院和血站的力量来挽救病人,这就涉及到血液的运输和保温问题。现简述如下。一、血液的运输应遵循以下原则 (一)温度要控制在2～8℃之间,以尽可能降低细胞代谢速度,维持细胞活动所需的酶的功能,温度过高或过低将造成细胞破裂及血液其它成份的变性,甚至生物污染现象的发生,最好是运送鲜血。
