采用溶胶-凝胶和水热法制备了Ca_(0.9)MoO_4:Eu_(0.05)~(3+)M_(0.05)~+(M=Li~+,Na~+,K~+)红色荧光粉,探究了不同制备方法对样品发光性能的影响。利用荧光分光光度计对所合成样品的发光性能进行表征,研究了不同制备条件对Ca_(0.95)MoO_4:Eu_(0.05)~(3+)(M=Li~+,Na~+,K~+)荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果显示,溶胶-凝胶法制备的Ca_(0.9)MoO_4:Eu_(0.05)~(3+)Li_(0.05)~+荧光粉样品发光强度较好。
The red phosphor Ca_ (0.9) MoO_4: Eu_ (0.05) ~ (3+) M_ (0.05) ~ + (M = Li ~ +, Na ~ +, K ~ +) was prepared by sol-gel and hydrothermal method The effects of different preparation methods on the luminescence properties of the samples were investigated.
