研究了一种铝合金液氢含量快速检测方法。在该方法基础上设计了铝合金液氢含量快速测定装置。该装置通过动态改变测氢系统真空室的容积达到快速动态测定熔体氢分压的目的,具有结构简单、测试速度快、精度高和制造成本低的特点。设计了主要以石英砂、膨润土、水为主要材料,通过压制和烧结工艺实现成型的探头。实验证明,该方法可以满足实际测试中的各项指标。
A method for rapid detection of liquid hydrogen content in aluminum alloy was studied. On the basis of this method, a rapid determination device of liquid hydrogen content of aluminum alloy is designed. The device has the advantages of simple structure, fast testing speed, high precision and low manufacturing cost by dynamically changing the volume of the vacuum chamber of the hydrogen measuring system to rapidly and dynamically determine the hydrogen partial pressure of the melt. A probe designed mainly of quartz sand, bentonite, water as the main material and molded and pressed by sintering process was designed. Experiments show that the method can meet the actual test of the indicators.
