将用氢氧化铵导向剂合成的ZSM-5沸石作为基质,添加Ⅱ,Ⅲ及Ⅴ族某些元素的氧化物进行其性能调变,并用TPD,ESCA等方法对它们进行了性能表征,其中着重考察了经磷和镁氧化物改质的沸石催化剂的酸性等与其在甲苯乙基化反应中性能的关系。还系统考察了乙基化反应工艺参数的影响。
ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized by ammonium hydroxide directing agent was used as matrix, and the oxides of some elements of II, III and V groups were added to modify their properties. Their properties were characterized by TPD and ESCA, The relationship between the acidity of the zeolite modified by phosphorus and magnesium oxide and its performance in toluene ethylation was investigated. The effects of the process parameters of the ethylation reaction were systematically investigated.
