从城镇居民医疗保险与农村居民医疗保险两个方面,针对当前老年人医疗保险现状进行分析,采用Heckman选择模型与排序模型两种方式,研究医疗保险对老年人医疗支出与健康的影响。
From the medical insurance of urban residents and the medical insurance of rural residents, this paper analyzes the current status of medical insurance for the elderly and uses Heckman selection model and ranking model to study the impact of medical insurance on medical expenditure and health of the elderly.
