目的探讨护士工作满意度对健康状况的影响,为改善护士的健康状况提供有效的参考依据。方法采用多阶段抽样法、分层随机抽样法以及整群抽样方法相结合的方法随机抽取2 137名护士进行横断面的调查研究。问卷采用自行设计的满意度问卷和自测健康状况问卷。结果自测健康状况总均分(2.82±0.58)分,护士工作满意度总均分(3.25±0.67)分,护士工作满意度与自测健康状况呈正相关(r=0.424,P<0.05),控制人口学因素后,护士工作满意度对护士的生理(△R2=0.135,P<0.001)、心理(△R2=0.197,P<0.001)健康仍有显著影响,薪酬福利、工作自主性会影响护士的生理健康(P<0.05),薪酬福利、工作自主性、工作环境对于护士的心理健康会产生影响(P<0.05)。结论护士工作满意度可以正向预测护士的健康状况,提示护理管理者等医疗部门应关注护士目前的工作满意度状况,提出针对性的积极有效的措施,以改善护士的健康状况。
Objective To explore the impact of job satisfaction on health status of nurses and to provide an effective reference for improving the health status of nurses. Methods A total of 2 137 nurses were randomly selected to carry out cross-sectional investigation using multi-stage sampling method, stratified random sampling method and cluster sampling method. Questionnaire using self-designed satisfaction questionnaire and self-rated health questionnaire. Results The total score of self-rated health status was 2.82 ± 0.58 and the job satisfaction was 3.25 ± 0.67. There was a positive correlation between job satisfaction and self-rated health status of nurses (r = 0.424, P <0.05) After controlling for demographic factors, job satisfaction of nurses still had a significant effect on the health of nurses (△ R2 = 0.135, P <0.001) and psychology (△ R2 = 0.197, P <0.001), and salary and welfare and job autonomy The physical health of nurses (P <0.05), salary and benefits, job autonomy and work environment had an impact on the mental health of nurses (P <0.05). Conclusion The job satisfaction of nurses positively predicts the health status of nurses. It suggests that nursing managers and other medical departments should pay attention to the current job satisfaction status of nurses and propose targeted and effective measures to improve the nurses’ health status.
