以霍山米斛为试材,于采摘期采摘不同栽培基质培养的霍山米斛,采用苯酚-硫酸显色法测定总多糖含量,探究不同栽培基质对霍山米斛总多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同栽培基质霍山米斛总多糖含量为S1(松树锯末+石子,低矮大棚)>S3(松树皮+石子,低矮大棚)>S4(椰子壳+石子,低矮大棚)>S2(石子,低矮大棚)>S5(石子,仿野生)。统计学分析表明,不同基质栽培的霍山米斛总多糖含量的差异存在统计学意义,聚类分析数据显示,5种栽培基质的霍山米斛可以分为4类:S1单独一类、S3单独一类、S4单独一类、S2和S5一类。试验旨为霍山米斛的最佳栽培基质选择和初步判定栽培基质的种类提供依据,以期充分地开发霍山米斛资源。
Taking Dendrobium huoshanense as test material, Dendrobium huoshanense collected from different culture substrates was picked during the picking period. The content of total polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry, and the effects of different culture substrates on the total polysaccharide content of Dendrobium huoshanense were studied. The results showed that the content of total polysaccharides in different cultivated substrates of Huoshanhan> S1 (pine sawdust + stone, low canopy)> S3 (pine bark + stone, low canopy)> S4 (coconut shell + stone, low canopy)> S2 (Gravel, low shed)> S5 (gravel, imitation wild). Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in total polysaccharide content of Huoshan mulberry under different substrate cultivation. Cluster analysis showed that the five kinds of Huoshan mulberry can be divided into four categories: S1 alone, S3 alone Class, S4 alone, S2 and S5. The experiment aimed to provide the basis for the selection of the best cultivation substrate for Dendrobium huoshanense and the preliminary determination of the cultivation substrate, in order to fully develop the resources of Dendrobium huoshanense.
