目的:通过研究不同采收期金莲花3种碳苷黄酮成分的动态变化,确立金莲花的最佳采收期,为金莲花取得最大药用价值提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.35%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相,在345 nm波长处同时测定不同采收期金莲花中荭草苷、牡荆苷、荭草素-2″-O-β-L-半乳糖苷3种碳苷黄酮成分的含量。结果:金莲花中3种碳苷黄酮成分的含量不同时期存在差异,均以开花后3~6 d为最高。结论:开花后3~6 d为金莲花的最佳采收时期,方法简便、精密度高、重复性好,为金莲花取得最大药用价值提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the optimal harvesting period of Trollius chinensis by studying the dynamic changes of three kinds of carbohydrate glycosides flavonoids in different harvest time, and to provide a scientific basis for obtaining the maximum medicinal value of Trollius. Methods: HPLC with acetonitrile-0.35% phosphoric acid solution (14:86) as mobile phase was used to determine the contents of triclopyr and vitexin -2 "-O-β-L-galactoside.Results: The content of three kinds of carbohydrate glycoside flavonoids in Trollius chinensis differs in different periods, all of which are the highest at 3 ~ 6 d after flowering .Conclusion: The optimum harvesting period of Trollius officinalis is from 3 to 6 days after flowering, the method is simple and convenient, the precision is high and the repeatability is good. It provides a scientific basis for obtaining the maximum medicinal value of Trollius.
